Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch directly through the app or by contacting support.

Refund: If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items (fruits/vegetables), please inform us within 2 hours of delivery with proof. Refund will be processed back to the original payment method or store wallet within 24–48 hours.
