Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout so our delivery partner can reach you without hassle.

2. Delivery Schedule

Once we receive your order, we pack it carefully and dispatch it at the earliest.

Deliveries will be completed based on the available delivery slots selected by you or our standard daily delivery schedule.

3. Delivery Charges

We offer Free Delivery on orders above a specified minimum order value.

For orders below the minimum limit, a small delivery fee may apply. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed in your bill before you place your order.

4. Customer Unavailability (No-Show Policy)

If you are not available at home at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you on your registered mobile number.

With your permission, the delivery partner can leave the package at your doorstep, with a security guard, or with a neighbor.

If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our store.

5. Unforeseen Delays
