Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and we reserve the right to cancel or replace that item from your order.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Cancellation Window: You can only cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our store for delivery.

Store Rights: Shri Veggies reserves the right to cancel any order under special circumstances (e.g., incorrect address, stock unavailability, or locations outside our delivery zone).

4. Delivery Guidelines

Accurate Details: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct name, mobile number, and delivery address. Shri Veggies will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delivery Time: We make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame. However, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unexpected circumstances may occur, and we appreciate your cooperation.

5. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Customers can pay in cash upon receiving the delivery or pay the delivery partner on the spot using UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm).
